Girls, it's that time of year again where we're finally removing our knits and getting summer ready but hold up, the evidence of a cold night binge eating and British breezed skin is still lingering. I've teamed up with Neutrogena to share some of my favourite steps to detox and clear your skin. Watch the video at the end of this post to see!
I am so excited to be working with Neutrogena on this as the Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit® Range is one that I LOVE. The Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Wash is one that I have used for a year now, and the results have been amazing and I was really looking forward to trying more products out. Grapefruit is a scent that I adore having on my skin, not only does it smell ah-mazing, it really seems to wake me and my tired skin up.
I use the Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Wash both day and night after removing my makeup using the Visibly Clear® Pink Grapefruit Facial Cleansing Wipes. I normally hate using makeup wipes as they just leave my skin feeling super dry but theses take away any impurities and makeup whilst leaving my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I follow this step by taking the Visibly Clear® Pink Grapefruit Facial Scrub and giving my skin a good exfoliate, this helps to unclog pores and get rid of blemishes, the scrub is also gentle enough to use twice a day. I finish with the VISIBLY CLEAR® Pink Grapefruit Oil-Free Moisturiser which is great choice if you have oily skin as it's oil free!
Since using these products I've seen a massive change in the overall appearance of my skin, you guys know me and my diet (which is something I've MASSIVELY improved on) and it of course takes a toll on my skin. I get pimples, and my skin just generally looks very lack lustre but it's cleared up since I've upped my skin care routine and it's looking a lot healthier! Of course, we all know it doesn't end there! There are lots of things you can do to keep your skin feeling amazing, not just from the outside but also in. Diet, exercise and lifestyle all play a huge part, what are your favourite skin clearing tips?

I had the pleasure of being invited to Seven Dials in London to explore what it has to offer. Coincidentally, Seven Dials is one of my favourite spots in London. I mean, Hello? It's home to Monmouth Coffee, of course it's one of my favourites!
I had an amazing day going from store to store and having a look through the products. I started off by visiting Fresh, which is dedicated to natural ingredients and I was treated to an amazing lip treatment that I've been obsessed with using since. The first step was using their Sugar Lip Polish to exfoliate my lips, followed by using the Lip Serum and finishing with some lip balm and you guys, my lips felt so smooth and lovely that I didn't even feel the need to re-apply my lipstick.
We then had lunch at Homeslice and wolfed down a whole 20" pizza, and devoured every last bit. We decided to go for half Margerita and half with Calabrian Peppers, Chervil and Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese. After scoffing our faces and filling our bellies, we headed to Miller Harris for a divine hour of testing and sniffing out every perfume they have to offer. We were offered Sparkling Elderflower Tea (which was amazing btw) and sifted through the collection to find our signature scent. I opted for the Poirier D'un Soir which is a gorgeous citrus-sy scent and I've been using this religiously.
After teasing our noses, we popped by Pixi Beauty and I was given a makeover by the lovely ladies who completely brought me out of my comfort zone and lined my lids with... BLUE. Yes, Blue. Surprisingly, I really liked it. I was in awe of all the super cute beauty bits at Pixi and had so much fun playing around with everything. The Glow Tonic is one of their bestsellers, and has become an essential part of my skincare routine. You guys know I love that glow for my skin, and this has helped me towards gaining that healthy look.
Our last stop was Skinny Dip , I had so much fun here. The entire store is just incredibly youthful and quirky, the store has endless cute personable goodies to offer. They have all the essentials to take your phone case and accessories to that next level, and would be my go to place for all things Tech/Gift/Accessory related. I selected a phone case and personalised it with my own Initials for that finishing touch.
I was already a huge fan of Seven Dials, but after my recent visit I only just realised how many hidden treasures there are here and how much variety the streets have to offer. I left feeling like a kid in candy land and had a wonderful time getting to understand the brands and meeting the incredibly friendly staff. It's no doubt a spot that I will continue to visit time and time again.
